Personal Branding · Switzerland

A clear personal brand. Without becoming louder.

For leaders and entrepreneurs who want to be visible without constantly putting themselves on display.

Personal Branding

Clarity before visibility.

A personal brand is not built by publishing as often as possible. It begins with clarity: What do I stand for? Which topics genuinely belong to me? How should my personality, leadership role and company connect?

From there, we create a position that provides direction both inside and outside the organisation. Visibility is not the goal itself, but a clear expression of experience, convictions and responsibility.

  • Positioning and personal role
  • Credible areas of expertise
  • Professional narrative and turning points
  • Presence, language and tone
  • LinkedIn, media and speaking
  • Connecting person and corporate brand

Personal Branding

This is not about self-promotion.

Good personal branding does not make someone appear artificially larger. It makes their experience, convictions and perspective easier to understand.

The goal is not permanent visibility, but a consistent profile that remains credible even when nothing is being published.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How does personal branding differ from corporate branding?

Corporate branding defines the identity of an organisation. Personal branding makes an individual’s perspective and expertise visible. The two should reinforce each other without becoming identical.

Do I need to post on LinkedIn all the time?

No. Visibility can be built through different channels. A clear profile, appropriate formats and a sustainable rhythm matter more than frequency alone.

Who is this work intended for?

Leaders, entrepreneurs and people in public or strategic roles whose personal presence is becoming an increasingly important part of their professional responsibility.
