Transformation & change management

Turning transformation strategy into practical progress.

Transformation rarely begins with a blank page. The real task is connecting strategy, current projects, market expectations and daily work into a direction people can understand.

Transformation & change management

Change is more than digitalisation.

New software, automation and artificial intelligence can change a great deal. They do not answer what a business should stand for, which value it creates or how responsibility needs to evolve.

That is why I consider business model, brand, culture, leadership and technology together. The starting point is the business question, not a specific tool or an oversized transformation programme.

  • Strategy and business model
  • Brand, values and lived culture
  • Leadership, roles and communication
  • Digitalisation, technology and AI
  • A shared view of the future
  • Priorities, ownership and next tests

Transformation & change management

A future vision needs to change decisions.

We begin by describing the present honestly: where do ambition and daily reality conflict? What is already moving? What must not be lost? From this, we create a shared view of the intended future.

That view becomes useful when it changes priorities: what comes first, who owns what, which assumption gets tested and what do we deliberately not do?

Transformation & change management

Experience from an ongoing transformation.

I have led Schnydär since 2011 and experienced changes in a family business, its markets, client expectations and my own role. Future Flight, wireon and Civara expanded my perspective on new models, software and digital products.

The work should not create the longest action list. It should create clarity about direction, priorities, ownership and the next verifiable steps.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is transformation advisory the same as digital consulting?

No. Digitalisation and AI may be part of the transformation, but the starting point remains the business question.

Which companies is this for?

Primarily SMEs, owner-led businesses and leadership teams that need to connect several change topics.

What is a realistic outcome?

A clearer future direction, defined decision fields, prioritised next steps and ownership. Impact depends on implementation inside the company.
