Agency consulting & AI transformation

Helping agencies transform and stay relevant.

Production is becoming faster, client expectations are shifting and AI is changing roles, processes and offerings. Leadership, trust and clear positioning remain essential.

Agency consulting & AI transformation

I know these questions from the inside.

I have led Schnydär since 2011. The Valais family business came from signs and vehicle graphics and evolved into a creative business partner. That journey affected the offering, capabilities, leadership, collaboration and our own understanding of an agency’s role.

I therefore approach agency consulting with respect for the real tension between client work, team, utilisation and the future – not with a ready-made operating model.

  • Positioning and future-ready offering
  • Leadership, roles and internal communication
  • AI rules, processes and quality
  • Advisory versus production
  • Client relationships and marketing leadership
  • Future vision and prioritised development

Agency consulting & AI transformation

Four fields of agency development.

When production becomes interchangeable, an agency must understand the value it creates beyond individual deliverables. A new positioning remains ineffective if roles, decisions and behaviours stay the same.

AI is neither a business model on its own nor only an efficiency tool. It changes who does which work, how quality is judged and where advisory creates value.

Agency consulting & AI transformation

From production supplier to orientation partner.

In “The Last Advertising Agency in the World”, I explore why production loses value while orientation does not. Positioning, leadership, internal communication, AI roles and a five-year view can provide a starting point for practical agency work.

The entry point may be a strategic conversation with owners, a workshop with key people or a time-limited engagement. The solution needs to fit the agency’s size, culture, clients and ambition.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this only for traditional advertising agencies?

The focus is on creative, marketing and communications agencies. Internal marketing and creative teams may also fit.

Is the consulting mainly about AI?

No. AI is an important driver, but the decisive questions often concern positioning, offering, leadership and the agency’s client role.

Does the agency need a clear strategy already?

No. A diffuse starting point is often the reason for the conversation. What matters is the willingness to challenge existing assumptions.
