Schnydär
CEO and owner since 2011. Transforming a production business into a creative business partner.
Advisory & mandates · Switzerland
When a company needs to evolve, the next idea is rarely the missing piece. The harder task is turning possibilities into direction and connecting strategy, culture, brand and technology.
Advisory & mandates
I have led Schnydär as CEO and owner since 2011. The Valais family business evolved from signs and vehicle graphics into a creative business partner. Other ventures followed, including Future Flight, wireon and Civara.
Depending on the question, I contribute as a strategic counterpart, in workshops and projects, or through a board or advisory mandate. The format follows the situation, never the other way around.

We start with one question: what genuinely needs to change? Only then do we decide whether a strategic conversation, a workshop, a project or a longer mandate makes sense. I contribute questions, patterns and experience. Decisions stay with the people accountable for the business.

No. Models can structure a situation, but they do not replace context or accountability. The approach is built around the actual task.
